Oils and Butters

Castor Oil

Castor oil is rich in ricinoleic acid, a unique fatty acid that adds a rich, stable, bubbly lather.

Castor oil draws moisture to the skin, helping to keep it soft and hydrated.

Doesn’t strip natural oils — great for gentle cleansing.

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is rich in lauric acid, which gives it powerful cleansing properties.

Produces a fluffy, bubbly lather — even in hard water or saltwater (why it's often used in shampoo and laundry bars).

Cupuacu Butter

Cupuacu butter has exceptional water-binding properties — it can hold up to 200% its weight in water, making it a powerhouse for moisturizing dry skin.

Rich in phytosterols, which help improve skin elasticity and smoothness.

Anti-inflammatory and soothing, ideal for sensitive, itchy, or irritated skin.

Contains vitamins A, C, and E, helping protect skin from environmental damage.

Absorbs quickly without leaving a heavy residue.

Macadamia Nut Oil

Macadamia oil is rich in oleic acid (like your skin’s natural oils), which absorbs easily and hydrates deeply without feeling greasy.

Contains palmitoleic acid,  that supports skin cell repair and anti-aging.

Good for most skin types, including oily and acne-prone, because it doesn’t clog pores.

Gives soap a smooth, silky feel on the skin.

Mango Butter

Mango butter is packed with fatty acids (oleic, stearic) that nourish dry and sensitive skin.

Helps to protect and restore the skin’s natural barrier.

Rich in vitamins: Contains vitamins A, C, and E, which help with skin repair, brightening, and antioxidant protection.

Olive Oil

Moisturizing: Olive oil is high in oleic acid, which helps nourish and hydrate the skin.

Gentle: Perfect for sensitive or dry skin — it cleans without stripping natural oils.

Rich in antioxidants: Contains vitamin E and polyphenols that protect and soothe skin.

Organic Palm Oil

Provides a stable, mild, and creamy lather (less bubbly than coconut oil).

Rich in vitamin E and antioxidants, palm oil helps condition and protect the skin barrier.

Shea Butter

Shea butter is rich in fatty acids (oleic, stearic, linoleic) that nourish and soften dry skin.

Contains vitamin E, A, and plant sterols that help reduce redness, itching, and irritation.

Packed with antioxidants that fight free radical damage and improve skin firmness and elasticity.

Tamanu Oil

Tamanu oil stimulates skin regeneration.

Antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties help kill acne-causing bacteria and reduce swelling/redness.

Calms inflamed, itchy, or flaky skin conditions.

Rich in fatty acids (like linoleic and oleic acids), tamanu oil helps restore the skin barrier and prevent moisture loss.

Encourages new cell growth and collagen production.

Antioxidants and fatty acids help firm skin and reduce fine lines over time
